Parque Las Américas is one of the most popular in the city to visit and take a walk. It is located very close to the Fiesta Americana hotels. It was inaugurated in 1945 and since then it has only been remodeled a couple of times, keeping its Mayan aspect intact for years.
Being a large place in the middle of the city, it is divided into 4 areas where you and your family will spend a great day. In the first part you will find the great monumental fountain representing Kukulkan. On one side is the José Martí Cultural Center where you can see exhibitions with murals from the American continent and works by the painter Bolaños Gallardo. Here the cinema forum is also held.
Around the park there are reading benches and little tables. In the back you will find the famous “acoustic shell” which is an open-air theater and where on Sundays there are always recreational activities for the whole family. Finally, there is the children’s area with games, a rink for skates, bicycles and carts, where you can rent your own and what we like the most is that it is fenced for safety.

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
