El Centro Educativo San Gerard Majella con 12 años de experiencia en Playa localizada al centro de la ciudad, se diferencía por ser una estancia ( HAPPY KIDS) con jardín de niños con válidez oficial ante la SEP. Es la única escuela en la región llevando la metodología de Estimulación Temprana e Inteligencias Múltiples de Harvard. Integra su programa con clases de yoga, natación (tienen su propia alberca), tenis actividades recreativas y lúdicas, música entre otras. También tienen 2 programas de lecto-escritura a partir de kinder 3. Su horario fue diseñado precisamente para los padres que trabajamos más de 8 horas ya que por lo general las estancias no cuentan con la opción escolarizada de Kinder. Tienen los siguientes niveles:
La atención y servicio por parte de la directora y educadoras es muy coordial y afectivo, esto hace que sean una comunidad muy unida y los padres les confien a sus hijos desde bebés.
