Playa Tortugas es una de las más populares en Cancún por estar cerca del embarcadero hacia Isla Mujeres. Esta playa nos gusta para ir con los niños por su color turquesa, el bajo nivel del agua y no tiene oleaje. La playa es pequeña pero hay muchos pececitos que a los peques les encanta mirar, por lo que deben llevar sus googles o equipo de snorkel.
Además a su alrededor puedes encontrar tiendas de conveniencia con servicio de 24 hrs, restaurantes económicos, renta de palapas y camastros, actividades acuáticas y más. Dentro de sus facilidades hay estacionamiento gratuito sin embargo, te sugerimos llegar temprano ya que en fin de semana desde muy temprano es imposible encontrar lugar. Cuenta con sanitarios y regaderas con un costo entre $10 y $15 pesos. En temporada alta esta llena, te recomendamos caminar un poco del lado izquierdo para encontrar más espacio.
Algo que no nos gusta es que al estar el embarcadero hay mucha gente a la entrada de la playa, además de estar rodeada de algunas barcas. Por las mañanas esta menos llena y pueden encontrar buen lugar. Aprovechen después de estar en la playa para cruzar al jardín del arte y observar el atardecer en la laguna de Nichupte.

Es una gran playa sobre todo como para llevar a los niños ya que tiene partes muy bajas al principio. Hay para rentar camastros, hay restaurantes y también hay un Oxxo y no es justo que cobren $70 del estacionamiento cuando es gratis
