Playa Las Perlas es de las playas que están en la primera línea de la Zona Hotelera. Se encuentra justo en el kilometro 2 pasando Puerto Cancún. A su entrada hay un estacionamiento en donde los fines de semana hay fila. Nos gusta esta playa para ir con los niños ya que no cuenta con oleaje y si caminas un poco más de la entrada principal hay suficiente espacio para que ellos jueguen. Es una playa de las más tranquilas, del lado derecho hay pocos hoteles en esta zona y del lado izquierdo se encuentran casas y villas privadas.
A diferencia de las otras playas aquí el agua es verdosa y no hay oleaje ni rocas. La limpian constantemente por lo que no hay tanto sargazo. Dentro de sus facilidades también hay sanitarios y regaderas, las cuales cierran a las 17 hrs. Cuenta con palapas, y una pequeña tienda justo a la entrada por si olvidaste algo. En la entrada hay juegos para los niños y el famoso tronco retorcido en donde a ellos les encanta jugar. Recuerda que esta playa está certificada como Blue Flag.
