Waldorf del Mar es una de las pocas escuelas de la región que ofrecen la pedagogía Waldorf. Como contexto, esta pedagogía tiene como objetivo principal acompañar y guiar a los pequeños en sus etapas evolutivas de acuerdo a los principios de la Antroposofía. Aquí se enfatiza en el juego, la vivencia del día a día y las rutinas haciendo que el aprendizaje sea más significativo para los niños.
Se ubica en el poblado de Bonfil casi frente a la Universidad Anahuác. Las instalaciones son muy lindas, tiene amplios salones con techos de palapa, bien ventilados e iluminados. En cada uno tienen los materiales adecuados a cada nivel. Están rodeados de jardines y un huerto. Los profesores están ampliamente preparados y empapados de esta metodología.
Tienen nivel de jardín de niños y primaria, aunque por la metodología, los “niveles educativos” se ven por etapas. Son inclusivos y aceptan niños con capacidades especiales. El cupo es limitado. Una de las grandes diferencias respecto a la escuela tradicional es que se fomenta el respeto por los ritmos y cursos naturales de los acontecimientos, por ejemplo un horario regular sano para comer e ir a dormir colabora con los ritmos metabólicos del organismo. Así mismo en casa se tiene que llevar algunos de los hábitos escolares, como el no uso de pantallas y no al consumismo.

Nos encanta el ambiente, los guías y que llevan la filosofia bastante bien el problema es la ubicacion que nos queda lejos.
